Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026

This policy explains what information this inventory management app accesses from your Shopify store, what it stores, and how you can have it removed. It applies to the app as installed on your Shopify store.

Information the app accesses

With your permission, the app reads the following from your Shopify store so it can display and manage your inventory:

The app also writes inventory quantity adjustments back to your store when you make changes in the app, such as applying a stock count or receiving a purchase order.

Information the app does not collect

The app does not access, store or process your customers' personal information. It does not read orders, customer records, checkout data or payment details.

Information the app stores

To provide its features, the app keeps its own records associated with your store, including vendors and supplier details you enter, purchase orders and receipts, stock counts, product categories, inventory adjustment history, daily inventory snapshots, demand forecasts, and sync logs. Store data synced from Shopify is cached so the app can display it quickly.

How information is used

Information is used solely to operate the app for your store: showing inventory levels, tracking stock movement over time, generating reordering and demand information, managing purchase orders and vendors, and sending you low-stock notification emails. It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising, and it is not shared with third parties except the service providers described below.

Service providers

These providers process data only to host and operate the app.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained while the app is installed. When you uninstall the app, Shopify sends a shop data erasure request 48 hours later, and the app deletes the records it holds for your store in response. You can also request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Because the app holds no customer personal information, customer data requests and customer redaction requests from Shopify return no data.

Your choices

You can uninstall the app from your Shopify admin at any time, which stops all further access to your store data. You may also contact us to request a copy of, or the deletion of, the information the app holds about your store.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a revised "last updated" date.
